Dress it up on the parchment then transfer pizza and parchment onto the hot stone or steel. Every oven is different and pizza thickness varies so cook times will vary. Give it 10 minutes and check on it, rotating it on the stone. Because of this, along with it's low gluten content, it's one of the best grains to eat if you have digestive issues or gluten sensitivities. Or if you don't! It's got a nutty, slightly sweet flavour and has higher levels of fat, phosphorus, potasium, pyrodoxine and beta-carotene.
